Visit to College AND I have a new favorite brand of clothes for girls!

So, we have a big family.  Our kids range from 21 to 2 1/2 months. We go through a range of events at any given time. This week was no different. I had to take my son, who is graduating from High School in a few weeks, to our local College University to talk financing...Anybody need a kidney? I have an extra.. Jus sayin...

Of course the toddler and 2 month old were in tow. My son handled it like a champ. Hand in hand with his toddler sister, he went to find out what he needs to do to proceed!

No matter what this kid decides to do with his future, I am so very proud of him! He's a GREAT brother. His sisters are lucky to have him... I cannot believe he is about to graduate High School! Wasn't he just like, three years old a week or so ago!!??

The next day it was time to go watch Little Man play soccer! Man OH man it was HOT and HUMID out! I don't think I will EVER get used to the humidity here in Southeast Tx.

But these kids played so hard anyway! I don't know how he does it! I was out with Emma (the 2 1/2 month old) for ten minutes and felt drenched and over heated. She started crying too so her and I went and sat in the car. Life of a Mom.

My loving husband moved the car so I could actually see the game!
View from the car... We do whatever we have to, to be there for the kids!

I recently attended an online party a friend of mine was having for Matilda Jane clothing and decided to buy some things for Sophie. She insisted on wearing her new goods to soccer. Boy am I glad I decided to buy. I am super impressed! Sophie looks adorable in her new duds!!

Her new outfits are vintage looking and cute and very well made! I can tell the fabric is definitely sturdy! I intend on saving the items I bought for Emma (the 2 month old) to wear in the future and I will definitely purchase again! Sophie ended up spilling Cherry flavored Kool-Aid Jammers on this... I was so upset because I thought the stain wouldn't come out BUT I brought it home and washed it and it looked good as new!!

The Matilda Jane Trunk Keeper I purchased from was great! I highly recommend her! I will post her link in case you want to go check out the choices.

It's Reagan Hastings! She is awesome!

What crazy things do YOU do to be there for your kids?

What's your favorite brand of clothing for your little ones??

I would love to hear your feedback!!

The MOM Stuff That Makes Me Smile and Good Times That Make Me Giddy...

My kids have been making me smile quite frequently these days! I'm so very proud to be their Mom. Our house is full of busy and chaos and it can be daunting just to get through some days at times but I wouldn't trade it! My oldest daughter, Amber, is 21 and married with a little girl of her own now! Her little family just went on their first cruise together. I can't tell you how that made my heart smile. With a big family such as ours and my husband being the only one working, these are things we couldn't afford to do with the kids and I am so very happy that Amber and her husband, Andrew can do these things together and FOR my grandbaby! My favorite picture....

Amber with this fresh lil fella! Calm down dolphin, she's taken!!

We had a GREAT Mother's Day too! My 15 year old daughter, Vivian, made me this cute and delicious breakfast sandwich!

She is so sweet and crafty!

We headed to a late lunch with our big family PLUS Amber and Andrew and HIS FAMILY.

My kids. They are my squad and will forever be my #squadgoals

Can I tell you how wonderful it is to truly love and appreciate my son in law and his family too? Not everyone has that kind of situation working so well. I love spending time with them all and it was a real treat to get to have a Mother's Day meal, all of us together. Even though we sat at such a huge table it felt like we were in separate states. ;-)

That's having a big family for ya!

Amber gave me a card and gift card for Mother's Day. This child knows me so very well. She got me a gift card to Starbucks which was very sweet of her. But I think I got a better kick out of the card. I almost died...

I feel like I can save this one and have each kid give it back to me once they are Amber's age! (HE HE HE)

I wore a dress I purchased for myself from my online clothing store and I LOVE IT! It was perfect for Mother's Day too. Comfy and stylish. So I decided to take a selfie with my selfie stick for my Instagram followers to see what it looks like "on".

And in true Dominguez Family fashion, my husband and oldest son come outside to heckle me. And decide they want selfie stick selfies taken too.

Ok John P. Give me something to work with man! HAHAHHAHA!
I hope you all had an amazing Mother's Day! I know I did!

P.S. If you want to check out the dress or anything else in the boutique...check out this link.

What did you do for Mother's Day?
